Friday, June 13, 2008
9:00 AM – 2:00 PM       Attendee Registration at the Charleston House Holiday Inn (official Rodeo Hotel) located on 600 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, WV 25301.

9:00 AM – 10:00 PM       Mountain States Rodeo Expo.  Located in front of the Charleston House Holiday Inn along 6 blocks of the Kanawha Boulevard.

2:00 PM       Judges Registration and Rules meeting.  (Master, Chief, Event Judges and assistants only).  Location:  Charleston House Holiday Inn, 600 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, WV 25301.

5:30 PM – 7:00 PM       Barbecue dinner for Sponsors, Rodeo participants, Attendees, and friends.  Location  Charleston House Holiday Inn, 600 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, WV 25301

7:30PM – 10:30PM       Live Concert with Country Music Recording Artist on the Kanawha Boulevard, along with food and concession vendors, and various activities for the family.

Saturday, June 14, 2008

7:00AM – 7:30AM       Contestants arrive at the Rodeo Grounds. Magic Island

7:30AM – 8:00AM       Opening ceremony and instructions to participants.  Special features and guest speakers will showcase the opening ceremonies.

8:00AM       Rodeo competition begins

6:00 PM       Awards Banquet Location:  Charleston House Holiday Inn, 600 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, WV 25301

6:30 PM       Banquet dinner Served

7:30 PM       Awards Presentations
